agree with dhillon. haven't been to the gym for a month! lost my car int he accident, started full time job, no time for social life, everything just kicked my ass and i got lazy and havent gone! but im done with that shit, time to smarten up and go back! tomorrow is gonna be my first day and i'll be starting the stronglift program, pretty excited! |

Spent the whole day in bed, because whenever I sat up I would get dizzy and nauseous. I wonder if it is due to training hard even when getting no more than 3-6 hours of sleep each night... only 2 hours last night |
