I go to brentwood FW,

I just had a somewhat decent workout.. I couldn't get up on my 4th rep for squats and i was stuck for 10 seconds before letting it go. Nobody helped me up, but I saw them stare. :alone:

Funny thing, I asked some guy to help me get my weight back up but i failed on my side, trying to lift the other end of the bar up. Then, I had to take some a plate off before lifting the bar up. :alonehappy:

I'm so hungry right now, and I have work in 4 hours.. I wish I could just pass out.

Long-armed people can deadlift like crazy but are at a disadvantage for bench press.

Stockier people can squat like a mofo.

Been looking at the Army Rangers physical fitness tests, a successful applicant has to do 49 pushups in 2 minutes (amongst other things like situps and chinups) strictly graded for perfect form. So I thought I'd see how I stacked up to that challenge.

49 pushups in 46 seconds. Bring it!

In my personal preference, I find that pushing outwards with your feet help plant you to the ground and just pushing up with the heels to generate the force.

Why are you taking out day 2? The program was written that way for a reason.

Yup whenever i do squats i usually do high reps with low weight (25's or 35's) and go ATG... i got chicken legs :alone:
