^ I tweaked a neck muscle doing shrugs the other month, was bad for a week I couldn't turn my head right or left... And it still isn't right, feels like it just never settled back into place. yea i workout at richmond sports club u guys shuld drop by powerlifting isnt too technique heavy of a competition so u guys shuld still be okay without any special coaching or anything as long as u have a solid structured program you're good |

My gym has a kickboxer/mma guy who lifts there. Every couple minutes he will run from one end of the gym to the other throwing punch and kick combos like crazy. Spinning head kicks and all kindsa shit. I cant stand that shit |
cable machines are beyond useless. i dont know why gyms bother with shit like smith machines or cable machines, |
