Thanked you cuz your leaching off your parents for all it's worth, failed you because I'm jelly.


Leg day today.... Managed 5 reps @ 3 plates per side no spotter. That's 2 more reps than last time with a spotter there. Then after that did 12 reps @ 2 plates per side to finish off... was my 6th set. I fucking puked after good thing the mens change room is right beside the squat rack!!

congrats bro im going to try 3 plates as well this week my lower back and my knees finally feeling a lot better

did 3 plates and a 25 for deads yesterday but only got 3 reps out want to try 4 plates in a couple of weeks

personal goals of 3 plates for chest and squat and 4 plates for dead hopefully in the next couple of months
i have heard some of you guys mention the 1000lb club before is that only one rep each your doing for chest, squat and dead?

Yea it's 1RM for the "clubs" I got a lot of work to do on my chest but my squats and deads are progressing nicely....

What's the expensive part? Dude start buying your chicken @ the meatshop, the chicken breast chunks are crazy cheap. I buy 5-10lbs at a time, put em in small ziplock bags in the portions that i'll eat, and freeze them the day I buy them. If they know you are gonna order a large amount (5-10lbs) They'll especially prepare you a fresh batch the day before and when you go pick it up, its basically cut that day so it lasts a good few weeks.

Veggies are gonna be at your house regardless, just pull out a bag of chicken, nuke it for a few minutes, and cook it in a pan on the stove. Easiest/quickest/cheapest way man.

PM me if you want the name of the meatshop but I'm pretty sure we go to the same place.

I've gone from 180 to 197 in 10 weeks, it's weird to feel fat sometimes. Can't wait to cut down again, but still 6 weeks left in this bulk

How much of that do you think you'll keep if you "lean out"?

I've gained 15-20 lbs of pure muscle in 6 months of lifting :) still lean and I'm pushing 205ish in weight :fuckyea:

I'd estimate I'm at 14 to 15% bf right now, so probably 7-9lbs I'd keep if I went down to 10%

Ive gained 5lbs of muscle in the last 3 months, considering im staying around the same body fat %. Might lose that all if this sickness doesnt go away

took some 1mr today worked great but man i was kinda an asshole 2 my 2 friends too focused on my workout, they were talking to me and i was sort of getting annoyed and kind of just saying "ya" or nodding to whatever they said

thanks...i take 1.5 mins break after my 1st and 2nd set, and then 2 mins after my 3rd and 4th set. I'm getting to the point where i might have to take a longer break at the end of my 4th set

I think after I am done my cut, I am going to try a split program. I have been doing total body workouts for so long, it might be worth trying something different.

I remember someone posted a link to a "put together your own split" page, based on a bodybuilding forum... anyone remember that one?

you could do an approximation online just search body fat percentage calculator..

Those are not that precise. But neither are the calipers. My friend, who is a Kin student at UBC measures mine for me. She does like 8-12 different parts of my body and calculates it.

I was wonderign about something. Some days I don't want to hit the gym, but I do want to do some exercise. I feel like doing some boxing sparring with a sparring column of some kind. I have seen it at a friends house where he has a section at the bottom filled with water to keep it down, and the top part is a long sparring column. I was wondering if this is a good idea lol. And sometimes I want to blow off steam :)
