felt like ass from lunch due to the insane oil / msg from my lunch at HONS

wrapping up my last set of 265 on squats and this guy from high school who i see there was like "those are some deep squats"

inside im thinking : yea ive seen you squat and its :fuckthatshit: with your 1/4 ROM

outside i just nod and am :accepted: no biggie

did some single leg leg press to finish off the quads and now i cant walk

:fuckyea:

^ good shit.

Did some light box squats and front squats today with low weight high reps. Im suprised how most people dont squat at my gym.

Ps. If you guys search up "boss nutrition" on facebook they sell some stuff that are pretty cheap. Theyre from surrey.

Just bought some chalk from atmosphere in metrotown and tried it out doing deadlifts today. It definitely helps with grip but my hands still hurt like hell from gripping so hard.

Surrey you say?

:fuckthatshit:

Just worked out at the HCC. Dumbbells are way too light there. Couldn't get a good chest workout in with the DBs.

Ended up benching. Anyone else go to the HCC? I'm there for the holidays.

How long is everyone's average workout? I feel like mine are a marathon at around an hour and a half/2 hours (if I do physio work). I did a workout that was put together by my rugby strength and conditioning coach, has about 10 exercises at around 3 sets each.

Phozy 12-19-2011 07:21 PM

An hour tops, little more if I'm doing heavy lifts

Back day today, had an off day at the gym just cause I was so fatigued :okay:
Hopefully Wednesday will go better.

The amount of people swinging their whole body for lat pulldowns at my gym :fulloffuck:

No not really. It's pretty much normal now, to just not eat until 3pm or so.

RRxtar 12-19-2011 08:25 PM

Ive always read that leg extensions are for women and phaggots. Until I did a few sets at the end of my leg day today after squats. Motherofgod.jpg they slayed my thighs down lower to the knees (bottom of the tear drops).

Definitely dont replace squats but Ill be adding them into the end of my leg day. Also, dont recommend going real heavy on them for your knees. But a few sets of 10-12 at the end of the leg day might be a good addition

Excelsis 12-19-2011 08:25 PM
