id say berz is at 10%. its really hard to tell just by looking at a picture. and most peoples idea of what BF%s are are a little optimistic. imo at 8% you shouldnt be able to grab any fat pockets including lower abs and obliques. and veins (shoulders, thighs, upper chest, lower abs should all be emerging. arms come at 10-12 usually) and muscle striations (shoulders, arms, chest) should be coming out everywhere and the muscle surface texture should show up while flexing in certain areas. all back muscle groups clearly defined, definition (teardrops) in thighs. imo, if you have any lower ab pooch or obliques or lower back fat, you're over 10%. edit: also keep in mind hydration plays a big part in how someone looks. if you're on creatine or just simply well hydrated you will look softer than if you're dried out. thats why you generally look leaner first thing in the morning than later in the day. you can see berz has striations on the inside and outside of his chest and the skin is tight, lower abs and obliques look tight, no pockets above the hips on his lower back. nohomo |

keep in mind too that a 6'2, 190lb guy at 10% is going to look a lot less built than a 5'10 guy at 215lbs at 10%. the amount of abs showing is not an indicator of BF%. if you dont have built abs youre not going to have deep abs, etc. |
Weird, I didnt feel like taking 1MR last night cause I figured it would keep me up for 3985630945 hours, so I took what was left of my assault which ended up only being 3/4 of a scoop. I had a pretty damn good shoulder workout despite not sleeping well Wednesday night |
Based on Hal0's post I would say that's pretty accurate but dat der black genetics and overall size it's hard to compare. According to my personal comparison I would say 10% is what I'm at. On a lifting note I failed for the first time ever doing squats. 2nd time squatting this week (first day was tuesday) and I failed on my 2nd set of 315lbs on my 2nd rep. First rep felt good 2nd rep I got a 1/8 of a rep up and just died. Crash bars ftw. Then I did the unrack of shame taking all the weights off while they were on the crashbar :badpokerface: lol. Berz out. |
