I used to think the same thing... then you stick around the misc for so long and get addicted.. hell I have friends that dont even lift that go on the misc for the lulz

Hey guys I'm having this problem during my FLAT dumbbell presses. My right elbow cannot lock out, and I can almost feel some sort of pain (super super minor). Could this be elbow tendonitis? I haven't done any flat dumbbell presses for months due to this problem. I have no trouble with incline though.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any possible solutions?

did my own version of RRxtar's upperback workout. hit my rear delts pretty good, i did a full back workout after.
ill try your version sometime. always open to try peoples' routines
