Hey guys I'm having this problem during my FLAT dumbbell presses. My right elbow cannot lock out, and I can almost feel some sort of pain (super super minor). Could this be elbow tendonitis? I haven't done any flat dumbbell presses for months due to this problem. I have no trouble with incline though. Has anyone experienced this before? Any possible solutions? Posted via RS Mobile |
