So who actually skipped out on family stuff to go workout for a few hours?

Excelsis 12-25-2011 09:46 PM

not today but other times yes

you have to sacrifice a lot, there's no way around hard work and you can't cut corners

Some called my life boring but it's like how can I live a day without getting better and climbing higher and higher to the top

Glad I'm not the only one that shares those sentiments. Its like a natural high when I'm there. Not even a chore, like waking up and falling asleep, its just something you do. I'm glad I was cultured into the healthy lifestyle at such a young age, cant imagine what it would be like to be a sedentary obese world of warcraft brain drone.

Berz out.

The reason why they go so slow is when they are wearing that bench shirt it acts as a giant elastic claw (that's why those guys look like zombies when they walk out onto the platform).

When you bring the bar down slowly the shirt digs into your rear delts to build tension. You can't bring the bar down slowly and from what I know from talking to the guys that use the shirts, it is like a giant bent over barbell row all the way down to the chest.

When you press off your chest, depending on how many plys the shirt is, the shirt helps you up to your sticking point and the lockout is all you. In that Mendleson video, he was using 3ply, so that 1000lbs gets pushed up to about 3/4 up by the shirt and the 1/4 is all him.

Why people use these shirts? In powerlifting it is all about numbers. Which ever way you successfully move that weight with gear it counts as a completed lift.

According to IPF rules, for powerlifting bench, you have to have your ass on the bench and feet flat planted on the ground. This is to prevent you from lifting your ass which turns a flat bench into a decline bench. And as we all know, we can lift 9999999999999x moar on decline bench.

Food for thought.

HOOOOOOOOOOLY FUCK. Christmas eating/drinking had the WORST leg workout today, was shaking and shit, I could only squat 315 for 5, legs shaking all the way. My stomach can't seem to handle all the meat and carbs and huge meals @ Christmas anymore, booze probably didn't help either :(

Anyone jumping on that there Celltech for 2012? I'm gonna jump on a Sust 250 cycle either January or Feb, but thinking it might be a little early if prepping for Spring/Summer?

Excelsis 12-26-2011 07:50 PM

why you jumping on the juice brah

and i was wondering what are your guys' resting heart rates?

RRxtar 12-26-2011 08:03 PM

so.. fat.... cant... move.... mmmmchocolates. :drunk:

Berzerker 12-26-2011 08:45 PM

Fucking gorged myself all weekend. Pretty sure I'm gonna be at least 5 lbs heavier when I hit the scale. Didn't give a fuck and put on an eating display. Probably ate enough for 3 people every meal :fuckyea:

@Alpha... because it works.

@mikehg Celltech in February. Test-E and Dbol.

Mike I would add something to that Sust cycle. I saw awesome results with Deca Sust stack.

Berz out.

Excelsis 12-26-2011 08:49 PM

did you reach genetic potential already or what?

Berzerker 12-26-2011 08:51 PM

Have you seen him? lol If I didn't know better I would say he already was on Celltech.

As for me No but I really don't give a fuck. I can do in 3 months what would normally take a year. :)

Berz out.

Fcukedd 12-26-2011 08:51 PM

Stayed up all night for boxing day, and camped out at Futureshop from 3-6 with some friends. Went to Metro as well, and got home at 10. Woke up at 1...3 hour sleep :fuckthatshit: Skipped legs today, but will make up for it on Wednesday.

Excelsis 12-26-2011 08:54 PM

not far behind you berz ;)

what i think i should really improve on is grip and i'll be more well rounded as well as strength

so hyped up to take 1 serving of razor8 tomorrow instead of 1/4 lol

jimzilla 12-26-2011 10:10 PM
