This is to prevent you from lifting your ass which turns a flat bench into a decline bench. And as we all know, we can lift 9999999999999x moar on decline bench. Food for thought. |
HOOOOOOOOOOLY FUCK. Christmas eating/drinking had the WORST leg workout today, was shaking and shit, I could only squat 315 for 5, legs shaking all the way. My stomach can't seem to handle all the meat and carbs and huge meals @ Christmas anymore, booze probably didn't help either :( Anyone jumping on that there Celltech for 2012? I'm gonna jump on a Sust 250 cycle either January or Feb, but thinking it might be a little early if prepping for Spring/Summer? |

Fucking gorged myself all weekend. Pretty sure I'm gonna be at least 5 lbs heavier when I hit the scale. Didn't give a fuck and put on an eating display. Probably ate enough for 3 people every meal :fuckyea: @Alpha... because it works. @mikehg Celltech in February. Test-E and Dbol. Mike I would add something to that Sust cycle. Stayed up all night for boxing day, and camped out at Futureshop from 3-6 with some friends. Went to Metro as well, and got home at 10. Woke up at 1...3 hour sleep :fuckthatshit: Skipped legs today, but will make up for it on Wednesday. |
