what do u guys find creatine is best to take with.. is it alright to take it with green tea?

and another thing, how long should be the cycle on/off?

i just throw it in my protein shake. it disolves better in warm liquid like tea.

i cycle about 3 months on 1-2 months off. some people run it all the time.

@ RRxtar: Good info, so the way to target the "coastal" pecs would be to do reverse cable flys? (I imagine standing, pulling from your shoulders towards your hips?)
I've been working cables into my routine a lot recently for chest days and am loving it…I am doing inclined seated cable flies, but doing it at an slight angle to isolate, and standing and pulling cables forward…really great burn.

i know halo posted it last week, and im starting to the think the same thing that proper flies do as much if not more for building chest than bench does.

Gained 10 lbs during exam time, down 7 lbs this morning. Fuck yeah. Too bad I can't workout for awhile cuz of work/SC has gay hours. Monday.. :D


My problem w/ diets has always been being lazy. Last night had 6 eggs for dinner instead of cheating and just eating what moms made. Halogod is my idol :fullofwin:
Haven't had sugar in a few days ... everything tastes so sweet now. Shoulders are starting to poke again and stomach is slowly going away. Bitches gonna be mirin my 'sthetics soon :smug:
