going to try a new gym tonite. been at the one im at for almost 3 years.

looking for:


have a full squat/power rack. not a half rack or a bunch of smith machines
have dumbells above 100lbs. up to 125 would be nice
have at least 2 flat bench presses and one incline.
allow chalk for deadlifts. rubber weights would be nice, matts close by would be ok too.
not be full of fucking douche bags all the time. wishfull thinking

i dont give a fuck about having 30 elipticals with window view, or a ton of bullshit machines.

Im going to try all the major gyms in town and see where I end up. My gym is doing a $6million expansion that should be ready by July with the fitness area doubling in size and Ive put in a few requests for equiptment.. but its getting stale for me.

spuppy any idea where i can download the big fat fiasco presentation to burn? i cant find it anywhere other than youboob

edit: ok i stole it from youtube in mp4. spent a couple hours doing that. then a couple hours figuring out how to burn it. nwo that i know how to burn it i realize ive got the wrong blank DVDs :fuuuuu:

after 1.5 weeks off for studying etc had a good arms day today, almost all my weight has gone up by 5 pounds, struggled somewhat with the end sets but still had a good workout

Coconut milk = the white meat is boiled and strained. Almost pure fat. Sometimes called cream.

Coconut water = drawn from fresh coconuts. Mostly water, sugar, electrolytes

Both are good for you (milk being better overall)

Why so many bicep narcissists in the gym? First we have a group of guys standing around comparing bicep measurements. Then a couple of guys asking if they can curl behind me while I'm doing squats. They only used an oly bar with no weight on it.

eat 5-7000 calories a day, lift heavy
