Yes those are the 5 health-components of physical fitness. Your point is? I'm pretty sure most people here either target their workouts for a powerlifting or bodybuilding routine... So cardiovascular fitness would only be a warm up, as would flexibility... Body comp will improve as the lifting progresses..

Endurance :fuckthatshit:

Any other type of physical fitness such as athletic training, running, martial arts have all basically claimed their own thread...

RRxtar 05-09-2012 05:22 PM

higher intensity lifting = cardio

Only time I ever puke is when I look at myself in the mirror after not lifting for several weeks

Had a really dry mouth and throat last night, so I couldn't fall asleep until past 3:30am.. so that means I got 6 hours of sleep on deadlift day! w00t!

Berzerker 05-09-2012 07:21 PM

I tried neurocore...doesn't get me pumped up compared to super dump or assault.

Plus the grape flavored one tastes like medicine :heckno:

Bought it from bodybuilding when it was buy one get one free.

RRxtar 05-09-2012 07:44 PM

What kinda headphones are you brah's using?

Ive been running Sennheiser PMX60's but my second pair just had a speaker crap out again. I mostly liked them, they were light, fit well and sounded good, if not for lacking bass.

Looking for suggestions on a new set. I prefer behind the neck like the PMX60s

get these and use the clip on the top to clip onto your collar and they'll last you awhile. Had mine 2+ years and they're finally dying now (use em for a couple hours a day at least). Ask alpha v2 he got the same ones and loves em

my other recommendation on a budget is this, $20 and works great. Not as durable as above though but good sound and noise cancellation

I use in-ear plugs with a short cord, going to a Shuffle clipped to my shirt. Rarely gets in the way

benjiggla 05-09-2012 08:11 PM

dude you guys haven't experienced music in the gym until you use these!!
been using these since november these are fuckin solid the only time they ever fall out of my ear or get out of place is when i accidently tug on them. awesome sound quality too

If anything that would make it worse with low bar... The bar needs to 'wedge' into your scalpulae, with your hands pushing forward to trap it. It's already hard enough to stretch your shoulders that far back, with the tampon it would add an extra inch to stretch

That said, I haven't tried it, so maybe it would be easier for some.
