So my buddy decides to challenge me to see how much weight i can cut. :accepted: For shits and giggles I decided to take a week off weights, cut out the cookies and chips and no more before bedtime meal. Throw some stairmaster in the mix for cardio and ive cut 9 pounds in 6 days. All water weight i know but not even a challenge. Should have put $$ on the line to see how much i could cut in total :p |

I just found out my cousin owns and runs a Crossfit Center in Deep Cove. Supposedly he's pretty good at that Crossfit thing and is going to some regional event? I am...... disappoint. :( Berz out. |

Am I the only one who can't lift heavy with music in my ears?...something about it just throws me off. I don't mind listening to it between reps but that's just too much work :fuckthatshit: |
^when I'm lifting heavy, I don't really listen to music anymore because the cord gets in the way... I can't really lift with spotters nemore as well, its weird, but I can actually lift heavier without a spotter because I don't have the unnecessary pressure that a spotter gives me.. |

Added 5 lbs to my chins (so bodyweight + 30 lbs, 242 lbs total) and decline press. 10 lbs to deadlift. And still did 15 mins on bike @ 160 bpm. This is with 6 hours sleep. I am usually dead in this situation but not this time :fuckyea: |

24 hours is doable if you know the techniques - salt bath, body suit, sauna, etc. It's REALLY not good for you, and it REALLY makes you feel like shit but there you go. |
I believe mine are called Mee Electronic's mP11+. I got mine for 50 percent off and for that they are worth it. I couldn't justify the full 70 bucks, but for half price they are great. They are the noise isolating bud style though. |
