Boxer briefs are the way to go. CK ones because they have a nice roomy pouch to hold your junk, instead of squishing it down. I have been looking for new shorts, because the ones they sell here hang all the way down your legs, but the crotch is very low for some FUCKING reason. So it's hard to do things like squats and lunges, or even deadlifts. Been looking all over the place, but all the shorts are the same here... low hanging crotch. I swear I wish I could just go in my undies, or maybe just wear spandex like Jimzilla's buddy :fuckthatshit: |

Sorry but u have nothing for chest and shoulders. As someone pointed out, stop doing curls/Isolation. Focus on compound exercises especially bench press and dip U can bulk more for sure, went frOm 135 to 142 ATM, u just gotta get the feeling of eAt everything even though you are not hungry! Maybe try a gallon Of milk for 2-3 days each. |

Make sure you take S&C next year pinn3r. Coach is actually really good and he'll teach you how do the main compound lifts properly. Stop focusing on arms and like everyone said, do compound exercises! Your arms will get bigger as you do your pullups, bench press, military press, etc. I didn't start doing isolation exercises regularly until 7 months in. And learn to love to train legs! |
