Deadlifts: 275 lb, I have done 315 lb before but that's only when I'm super energized that day and my form usually slips.. I think it might be because I have a relatively smaller waist (waist area is basically the lower back area) which kind of explains it... Don't really know how I would increase my waist size are though besides doing deadlifts.. On another note, I'm starting to get some knee pain on my left knee, I really hope I don't have an ACL tear because I have a martial arts tournament coming up in a few weeks... Anyone know of ways to relieve this pain? I might post up a video in a bit for form check, because my form probably isn't the best it could be. |
