Not bad for a year.... When I first posted my totals I was way under the 1000lb mark.

I'm at about 900 right now, 400 of that being my DL. My squats will always lack due to my leg length but I haven't been barbell benching AT ALL. I did 225x3 last week out of the blue just to see if I could even do 2 plates. So it's time to kick it up a notch.

I weighted in at 165lbs roughly last week.

I stepped on the scale Today and mysteriously 4lbs disappeared.... :suspicious:

Pumped to be able to finally hit the gym after a week with some shitty virus. My right pectorial hurts though so I'll be doing some left sided lifting which is good so I can even that side out.

fuarkkk there were 5 chicks at my gym today...all betweem 20-25 and all in tights..working out like they should not just cardio+abs..good god i wanted to bust a nut so bad :suspicious:
