Very first point of incline. It doesn't take much to make it a shoulder exercise.

instantneedles 05-30-2012 12:10 AM

^ how many degrees is that would you say?

I felt incredibly shitty today. I had a group therapy session today and while I can't really divulge much of the details, while I went in pretty positive today, I came out sad because I saw that there was a few kids that had a pill for every god damn ailment, they didn't want to attack the root of their problems without medication. It bothered me because I was being lumped in with people that clearly don't want to get better.

Then after that I went to work and had a stressful day because it was one of those "oh the economy is so bad, we might cut hours". I started to reflect back, I saw that many of my friends were where they wanted to be, while I was lagging behind and just started now. Cut hours aren't a huge deal to me usually but because I took the summer off to work it just hurts me deep right now financially. On top of that, I requested to be moved to day shift, and after much aggression from my managers I may have got my request for a temporary move just for the summer. I felt like I was in a dead spot with my job, and that the goal was so far away, and even though I've taken a few steps on getting my desired career I havn't really moved.

I arrived home unmotivated and depressed then I watched this.

I watched it again.

And Again.

I remembered my three goals I had did for myself. How far I've become and how much hard work is required to get there. That when I fix my self financially and get to a healthy weight and work towards better relationships with my peers that it will get better from there. I just gotta take the baby steps first.

I went to the gym and had a good back workout and ran 30 minutes. I made another payment on my credit card and I called up a friend that I hadn't heard from in a long time.

I forgot why I felt shitty.

I love the gym.

Probably depends on your physique, but you probably want to stay under 30 degrees. There must be a resource out there if you Google it
