Tried out the chest and bicep combination, :feelsgoodman: Ended off with some cardio :fuckyea: |
Normally when you come back to the gym after a long rest period you will always feel pain. i did this coming back..after a month and a half break or so and i was SORE for DAYS! lol its jsut how it is, youre working your muscles that you havent worked in a while and thats why they WILL BE sore. I came back and did back/bi as well and i was sore in my arms for 2-3days lol i kept holding my arms up , it looks retarded as hell but it doesnt hurt haha, then i went back and did chest/tri and i was SORE as fuck on chest/tri the next day, etc etc. its just how it is, so pretty much next time you go to the gym and do other muscles theyll be sore too! but now ive been going for 2 weeks straight (with your regular days ofF) and not sore anymore :D |
Getting closer to the 100's for the single arm press Did a good solid two sets of 90's, 5 reps each side. :fuckyea: |

What shirt are you guys talking about? I like this one, but I can't imagine trying to work out in a t-shirt all the time. I tried it once and it was so fucken uncomfortable http://musclepharm.com/sites/default...ge_1.2_0_0.png |
I only wear t-shirts when working out. Well, pants too.. |
Really fuck I would work out in nothing but my underwear if I could. How do you get around the restricted movement? Sweaty cotton sticking to you? I hike up my shorts all the way to do squats, I can't imagine trying to do them in pants... |
^ keep in mind, you live in hong kong where everything gets sticky and u start to develop a sort of phobia to stickiness... I feel ya bro, it's what I hate most about hong kong... And its also why I wear dri-fit clothing or under armour gear... everything absorbs quickly. I'm not really a big fan of wearing wife-beaters or sleeveless shirts cus i don't get that same tight ass feeling of the sleeves wrapping around my bigass delts :fuckyea: i'd never squat in pants or in a hoodie though... One thing I don't get is why some people have to workout with a hood over there head with like sweatpants on. They'll be sweating like mad, and are just gonna have to end up washing their hoodies/sweatpants.. |

Massive chest workout tonight, I am now the strongest I've ever been. Tonight: 105x5 incline DB 225x4 flat bench 43x6 cable fly 85x5 decline DB 140x6 close-grip incline smith press 3x20 closed-fist military pushup I'm really happy with these numbers considering I have a 6'3" arm span. |
