I guess Ill go with 5X5 and tough it out. |
I think everyone has a different definition for "shredded". Berz is saying 5-7 is shredded, while some might be thinking that seeing abs is shredded. I think 9-10% is the best looking unless you're massive, like berz said. |
Guys, what are your favourite muscles to workout? And least favourite to workout? For me i love to workout chest and biceps, dat pump :sweetjesus: I absolutely hate working out back, lower back and hamstrings... But I think I'm slowly starting to like working on them more now Everything else is mehhhh |
My legs and I have a love hate relationship. |

There are days I love doing them and days I hate doing them. |
^yeah, chest is the one bodypart I can literally work on days on end and not get bored of, or get sick of. I could totally work on chest alone and not touch any other bodypart and still feel great.. |

Fav body part Back |
I guess I don't really have a favourite... I like working all parts equally. If there's anything I dislike, it's chest I guess. Not sure why though |

Im not sure if im doing 12 weeks. If im still progressing well, why stop. For goals, I would LOVE to get to 3 plates bench (looong into the future prob) and 3 plates squat. The main goal though is getting to 155-160lb. |
