It's actually quite short....you can't exactly loop it through the middle hole of the weight plate....the alternative is to loop it through the handle of the plate.

So far it hasn't snapped on 3x 45lb plates (friend testing it)

EDIT: Can't complain about the price, it was 27 bucks

^this might come across as being a motivator actually.... but some of the biggest and baddest bodybuilders like kai greene have ADD, and somehow it seems to give them the extra edge in lifting... Must be a neurological thing, there's gotta be a correlation

BaoTurbo 06-21-2012 10:31 PM

Did full upper body workout to get my body back into workout mode. Well, let's just say this morning I rolled off the bed cuz I was aching and it was just high rep low weight.

Last week I was a T Rex

This week starts off with a sore upper body. Fml

Bodybuilding.com - How Bodybuilding Can Help You Manage ADD/ADHD!

@meowjin Here you go.

Im sure ADD all starts from something, not a medical expert, but it just doesnt seem to be the type of disease to stand on its own.

And that sucks man, im sorry to hear that..
But i can definetly relate... Just last year i almost pulled the plug as well, but then i discovered the gym and a few other things that made me decide to hold on. Havent felt the same way since.

Yes lightly. I was going to do full body actually but then actually the Oval is getting really anal now. Parking costs money like $1/hr, it's not a lot but somehow I have an urge to always look at the clock LOL. Plus i was hungry. So I had to cut it short and I already had a 2 hour workout

JDął 06-21-2012 11:51 PM

Haven't deadlifted in 2-3 weeks, didn't even feel like going to the gym tonight, set new PB of 415 :fuckthatshit:

yeah, working out creates a dopamine rush which fills the receptors in the prefrontal lobe.

I remember when i first lost weight and was popping ephidrine. I never saw my finances/health/career cleaner in my life.

Holy fuck what a great workout. This has to be my favorite combo

Barbell row
Barbell press
Barbell squat
Chinups

All at TRUE 10RM (Imo if you can do 10 reps more than twice in a row, that's not your 10RM)

Even did 40 reps of cable flies for the fuck of it

:fuckyea:

Deload week coming just at the right time though I think

J.C 06-22-2012 01:03 AM

how often do you guys raise the weight on your squats?

Every week. Unless you've been lifting for 4 years, you should always be increasing either the weight, or reps. If you're not doing that, at least every other week, you're failing @ lifting

Nothing wrong with progress pics. Don't let the skinny kunts in here deter you :)

SkinnyPupp 06-22-2012 04:36 AM

Dinner and lunch :sweetjesus:

That steak at the top is 1.2 lbs... It's a rump though so I'll have to marinade it before throwing it on the BBQ.
