Good enough workout today. It's still deload week, so really taking it easy in comparison. Did lat pulls, pushups, and side lunges. Doing side lunges, I could see seperation in my quads :megusta: :sweetjesus:

Then it was 18 mins on the bike, and done. Good thing too, I was pretty tired today :)

lol I also use PWO when I am tired or run down... like today.. busy/stressful times for me so my sleeps are no good. Will take Assault and hit the gym after work.

because I can't take test right now.... per bloodtests/ doc :okay:

anavar by itself is pretty shit done it before.. but stacking it with clen so I don't lose any muscle

After testing my 2rm for squats today, i went to the leg press, only loading 3 plates on each side. But holy shit did my knee just blow up, felt like it was being compressed so hard, so i stopped on the 3rd rep :heckno:

Ended up stopping my workout short due to cracking of knee when i bent it...:badpokerface:

On the bright side, even though i didnt progress on my squats/hurt my knee, pulled a new PR for deads :D feels goooood

So after I tiring and stressful day, waking up at 8, and finishing at 6, with a very soar throat and a slight headache....

I got my shit together, dumped in 3 scoops of preworkout into my shaker bottle + 1 teaspoon of creatine and mixed it with tea... also took a multi-vitamin as well...

Went to the gym, and murdered the fucking weights... 120 lb flat bench x 5 reps... something I have never ever done before... First time I worked out after a 10 hour day too....Ppl sitting beside me were like

When is the best time to take a multivitamin anyway? Does it really make a difference what time and if you take it with food or not? I usually take mine after breakfast.
