Was finally able pump out 2 plates for my 5th squat set today. Aiming for 3 sets by July or even all 5.

I would, but I just don't want to get other people sick. Last thing I want to do is get the other regulars at my gym sick too.

I have been working out light at home, though.

The regulars probably have built a resistant immune system to your cold. Just don't go sneezing and coughing on all the equipment. If you had a fever, then I would suggest staying home.

Know that feel. Took a week off after EDC then caught a stomach flu the week I was going to go back. Lost like 7lbs from not eating and body doing its "flush" lol.

i wonder if layne norton is actually natural. i used him as a trainer a few years back. doesn't charge too much and the first time I started taking working out seriously was after hiring him.

cc604 06-23-2012 04:59 PM

got my test results today from myehealth.com, normal triglyceride levels are supposed to be for age 10 - 29 years (53 - 104 mg/dL), but on my results it shows as 0.7..

I'm having trouble interpreting, this does this mean 70mg?
Time since = 13 hrs since last meal

Edit, figured it out

Give yourself a one week break to recover from your sickness.

I rather push 110% fully recovered than 75% while being sick.

I think it may be the pic. Chest is decent size at the moment! Gotta work on a few things though!

Nope.

Bodybuilding is a lifestyle. If they choose to follow a different path towards health and activity, thats their decision. No judgement.

Not one bit.. I know I could easily turn into him with a few months of slack...

It's like asking if I feel sorry for someone who didn't put the same amount of hardwork that I did...

Getting jacked and muscular isn't something ur born with so theres rly nothing to feel sad for LOL...

If anything, it's a confidence booster and is a reminder that your hardwork sets you apart from others that don't put in the same amount of work

Excelsis 06-23-2012 09:42 PM

eh, US costco... lol

Same here, I don't feel sorry for anyone because I used to be that fat lazy fuck. But I still look at peoples' shopping carts when I go to the supermarket. If you think the junk food is bad in Canada, it's nothing compared to Asia. Because at least the Canadian junk food will do things like try to have no trans-fats and shit like that. The junk food here is the worst of the worst. Instant noodles seems to be what most people get here, followed by horrible chinese potato chips (calbee) and other nasty things.

So I'm guessing most of the junk food there is imported from china?

Oh yeah. Even the outside brands have their own versions from China. Oreos taste nothing like the American ones for instance. And all the Japanese brands are all imported from china too now. CC Lemon is a popular drink in Japan, one bottle has 1000 mg of vitamin C. The chinese kind has 100mg. WTF is the point then?

It's gotten to the point where stores are opening up that specialize in imported snacks from the actual country, even though the 'same' stuff can be found in normal supermarkets.
