Back from a 2wk road trip around bc and ab. Ran a couple times and gym 3 times. Twice in Chetwynd and once at Golds Prince George. Diet was ok. Plenty of lean protein but if course enjoyed lots of baked goods that family gave my fiance and I. Went back on the layne norton wagon after work |
