^^^^^^^ you have a well rounded physique, i would not cut anymore just maybe add some cardio hiit 3 days a week if u don't. The thing i found about dieting and just coming of a massive diet/cut. It not realistic being at 5 percent body fat, ya it is sweet being crazy diced. It is very very hard to maintain being that low and i am slowing starting to creep back up blackv62k2 that is a great body, maybe just work midsection a bit more |
