man honestly nothing special,

- I just have always really focused on the actually lat portion of the exercise, really feeling the upper armpit/side of lats. I am not a big believer in dead lifts to get a wide massive back, that will get you the thickness. I always find one exercise like to do 8 sets at the end strictly for lats, like

i actually invented this exercise no joke but with a v hook grip, this will fuck you lats up to a whole other level

Struggled DLing 3 plates for a couple of reps (When it should be a piece of cake)....just did a couple of chins/pulls, called it a day :okay:

One of the things I like about my program is that you're never doing the same thing for more than 4 weeks. You are never able to hit a plateau that way. Weights are ALWAYS going up, or reps per set at least.

Holy shit my squats have gone downhill. Haven't done any in 6 months and stuggled with 225x3x5

Going to try to squat atleast twice a week from now on.

Yesterday did a bunch of deadlifts 315x5x3 and front squats from clean 135x3x10

How many cals are you 6'0 guys cutting on?

I can't seem to lose weight until about 1800-1900 cals which seems low as hell.

Stats: 5'6 155pds 30 yrs old

Hope for 4 plates a year from now

If I had to guess 2500-3000
I don't count while cutting so cant really help
