One of the things I like about my program is that you're never doing the same thing for more than 4 weeks. You are never able to hit a plateau that way. Weights are ALWAYS going up, or reps per set at least. |

Holy shit my squats have gone downhill. Haven't done any in 6 months and stuggled with 225x3x5 Going to try to squat atleast twice a week from now on. Yesterday did a bunch of deadlifts 315x5x3 and front squats from clean 135x3x10 Going for speed |
How many cals are you 6'0 guys cutting on? I can't seem to lose weight until about 1800-1900 cals which seems low as hell. |
