The only challenge is trying to cram the majority of my calories into the first two meals after breaking the fast can be tough. My stomach feels like it's shrunk after not eating for 16hrs. Gym is closed today. Had my first shitty workout in a very long time yesterday. Not too sure if it was the amount of dim sum I ate an hour or so beforehand or because I didn't have my pwo protein shake. Or maybe both? No energy, couldn't finish some sets I could normally do. I was pretty frustrated. Hoping to get back on that pumped train tomorrow though! |

No I don't take ECA, I hate how it makes me feel. If you need a suppressant though, it can work. Other appetite suppressants may help also. As for melatonin, it is effective in making your sleep more restful. So in other words if you 'need' 8 hours of sleep to feel fully refreshed, melatonin allows you to get away with 7 hours. I tried ZMA again last night, and sure enough I was up by 9:30. That doesn't sound late, but I go to bed at 3:30 so it kind of sucks. Traps are more sore than they have been in a long time though :megusta: |

Did some research into IF, and found it pretty interesting. Was gonna say that I was gonna give it a try, but realized that I was already following the pattern all along LOL. The difference now is that Ill feel much less guilty for skipping out breakfast, as Ive always been hatin on myself for doing so.. But thing is, how do I work in IF into my bulking goals? |
