Decided to do sets of 3 with 255lb though

how many sets did you go for?

I did 7 sets of 5 reps for 225 with rest-pause and negative reps for a few sets. felt like i could do more, but I guess i wouldn't really be following the workout plan if i tweaked things around too much.

Fcukedd 12-29-2012 11:36 PM

It was either 3 or 4 sets, I don't remember exactly.

Yeah the first week of Smolov is nothing. Mid 2nd to 3rd week is fucking brutal though. You'll hit 3 plates soon after you complete the program, I'm sure of it!

yours truly, mr. chicken legs managed to work up to 3 reps of 270 squat today. A bit above parallel.

Nice. I think that's the old Racquet Club. Used to go to Commonwealth all the time until I moved to Langford. Going to Juan de fuca now. DBs up to 120

I have lots of t's from lulu yes they are more pricey but there stuff is crazy good quality. H and m might be cheap but there shirts are so fucking shitty. They stretch after first time use
My lulu shirts are the same tight jacked fit still till this day

I own a few lululemon shirts myself and they're great quality for sure, i just wouldn't wear them for casual wear...they're more like gym gear.

Was going to pick up a lululemon hoodie, but couldn't justify their prices

For guys with narrow waists and broad shoulders (muscular bodytype), european fits tend to work pretty good, just gotta up a few sizes

I bought a $30 dollar sweater at club two days ago, everything was so cheap. I can't complain either about the price.

I don't really buy clothes from H and M other than accessories or under shirts. Some items are good for the price you pay though.

Fcukedd 12-30-2012 10:51 PM

Woke up feeling like absolute shit. Took about 6 naps today, and eating nothing but congee. My sore throat somehow led to my left arm and neck being in full of pain.

I would usually man it out head to the gym, but this cold is horrible :okay:
