I preordered mine 2 weeks ago and it just got sent out today, will be here next Monday, kinda dissappointing how it's in stores already and I dont have mine :okay:

I pre ordered a 8gig on the 29th, shipped today. The ups tracking number says delivery on tuesday the 22nd.. Google play said 2 day shipping when you pay.

I think the 2 day shipping probably applies only to US residents...even though I got it from the Canadian site. Now I'm wondering if I'll have to pay duties when it arrives next week.

Ended up paying 254 canadian. After tax and shipping. Hopefully wont end up paying duty, as it is shipping from the US. Almost better to buy 16 gig localy if you can find one.

If people are still looking around for them locally, I bought my 16gig one at the Futureshop on Broadway and Burrard on Monday. On Sunday I dropped by and the moron there never even heard of a Nexus tablet. On Monday, 9 of them came in and I grabbed one (4 were sold while I was there at 4pm). By 7pm, my friend got the last one there.

In their system, the Coquitlam location had 9 as well and my friend said they would not sell to him on Monday because they're not allowed to yet. Not sure when/if they started selling them but they seemed to have lots a few days ago.

Picked mine up at London Drugs in Lougheed Mall. Guy said he orders 2 a day so just call ahead and put one on hold!

Getting mine tomorrow! Preordered from FS on the the 13th and got my tracking # today.

Its a 16gb. All retailers only carry the 16gb.

Anybody try the app Tablet Talk with their phone + Nexus 7?
I find it works extremely well for forwarding texts from your phone to tablet.

They can play mkv files you just have to rename the extension to like .abc

and rename on the tablet
