I think you probably got some adware.. run your antivirus.. AVG.. Microsoft Security Essentials.. Norton etc to try to remove it..

oh shit i didnt notice a "show more orders" at the bottom. half of my phones are preparing for shipment, the other half are processing, almost all my phones went through. crazy.

I sure hope the release is smooth, quantity plentiful and that everyone that wants one can easily get one in the fastest time.

From an earlier post does anyone know if they have the iphone5 on display at they apple store yet? I'm going to the coquitlam one today gotta change my macbook battery since its starting to bulge...hopefully I still have 3 year applecare left so I can get it free haha

I basically have the same but quite a bit more "overage" minutes, unlimited texting, and unlimited picture messaging

My bill is $64 taxes in every month, I think I could probably shave off a couple bucks here and there but I don't feel like spending another 2 hours on the phone with retentions

fucking Rogers

so i've been chatting with their retentions dept for 2 days and I finally get through the web site but there's all these hidden fees each time I get further in the process.

so this is what its going to cost me for an early upgrade:
32gb $329 (with a $50 credit back after)
early upgrade fee $80 (i normally get this waived since i upgrade about every 1.5 years but they said they cant since its an iphone5)
$35 activation fee
$40 reservation fee (is this scam or what???? reservation fee??? wtf???)

i think i should just buy the phone from apple, fuck ROGERS!!!!

Unlimited minutes daytime, evening and weekend.
Unlimited long distance Canada/US.
Unlimited texting.
6GB Data.
All the calling features (voicemail, ID, call disp etc).

$89/month.

as i posted in the robbers retentions thread,

i spoke to a retentions agent and they came out with a new incentive today for customers who are upgrading to the iphone 5. any customers who has an early upgrade fee of $100 or less will automatically get that waived if you upgrade to the iphone 5. this will not apply to any other phone.

maybe you should call them back and make sure you speak to retentions, not just a regular CS rep.

they sent me a defective device six times and i told the rep. she searched and found it was true and she waived it.

Logged into myrogers account I was eligible for every phone they had as an upgrade so it will be rediculous if I'm not for the 5

Called into Rogers to check eligibility for upgrade and pricing on iphone 5. I am eligible and here are the prices quoted:

16gb: $229
32gb: $329
64gb: $429

Anyone else think this pricing is kinda ridiculous?

I think the guy's a idiot because look at the pricing thats listed on Rogers Website on a 3 year plan

I'm speaking to them as we speak and he quoted the same price. You will get a $50 credit on those prices. Which is gay because the $50 credit will just put the phone price on a regular 3 year term price. Basically the $50 credit is a scam lol.

Checked with Rogers and my iPhone has gone from 5,900 to 4,200 in one day, my wife's went from 4,200 to 2,600.

ok I've been out of the phone game for years now so I've become more of a newbie now a days. Is unlocking an iphone different from unlocking any other regular phone? I keep seeing people talking about unlocking iphones and sometimes the difficulties with it so I'm not sure.

I'm considering buying a brand new Iphone 4 (Yea old but beter than my 9780) for cheap but it's locked to Fido, I'm with Rogers. I can get this unlocked and working on my Rogers easily correct? Can I just walk into a Fido and ask them to do it for a fee?
