Anyone having issues with forum apps in general? Noticed in a few popular apps that I can't back out of a thread into the same sub forum. It bounces out to the large sub forum.

So say I'm viewing a thread in the Galaxy S4 General sub-forum (XDA Developers) and go into a thread, when I press back I jump out to the large forum asking me to go into General sub-forum, help & troubleshooting etc.

does the last restore step reset your phone back to stock or does it keep all your settings and apps?

All Rogers, Fido and Chatr S4's can use each others sim cards.

It only looks like it worked, but this method royally screws up the phone.
Not only is the phone not unlocked, now you can't even unlock it with the IMEI code.

There's a thread on XDA, where a number of Rogers, Fido users who can't unlock their phones with a code after trying this method.

^ you have to turn that persha thing back on before it will take the code

I just picked up the s4 and honestly not much better than the s3, its got alot of useless crap I will never use and just nice and fast, which is always the case when they are new.

my s4 lock button is stuck
i was holding it down to turn it on and the bottom part of the bottom won't come back up anymore. all it does when i hold it now is flash the SAMSUNG logo for about half a second and keep vibrating every few seconds.
anyone know where i get this fixed? at rogers or at the samsung store in metro?

just switched from an iphone to s4. where abouts are games installed to on androids? im looking for the game data thats installed so i can use foldermount to put it on my extsdcard.

Does android apps/widget eat up more data? Planning to go with the $39plan from fido that comes with 600mb data / month. Would that be enough data if I'm just using it mainly for whatsapp and browsing?

Yup, that should be enough. I use my phone for whatsapp, reddit, instagram, browsing, etc. No streaming video/audio, or downloading apps, and I average under 400mb a month?

Hey guys. I am looking to get my first smartphone (Been using Blackberry) and I want to get the s4. The google edition seems fantastic however it doesn't seem to be coming to vancouver. Should I just get the normal s4 now and flash it or whatever to the google edition? Is this basically the same thing? I don't know how these things work so if anybody could shed some light that would be great. Also I heard there are newer versions of S4 coming out but are they coming out to canada? My carrier is fido and it only has the normal s4 right now.
