wired the truck for a monoblock concept 2 channel, and ran 3 pairs of rcas.
also made a tri-tuned enclousure for one 10" Type R. im impressed with the wide range of tones it put out, hits all the highs and lows.

next mod,... smooth out and bondo the box, then get it painted the body colour when i go get my hit and run body work done.

I've wanted to get rid of my rear banner for a while, but wasn't sure if I'd like the look of the truck w/out it...finally today I decided I'm sick of it...Now there are absolutely NO markings on the outside as to what the truck is...no badges, no stickers, no NOTHING :D

whatcha think? :D I like it a lot better...thinking about taking my bow-tie sticker off my dash as well leaving the custom bow-tie in the middle of the steering wheel the ONLY thing on the truck giving away what it is ;) ...or isn't :lol

Chandler 05-08-2005 12:53 PM

are those stock seats?

down_hill_dog 05-08-2005 08:09 PM

i like it much better without... some nice testors transparent candy apple red paint on the taillights would look good too.. i'm not crazy abotu clear tails.

down_hill_dog 05-08-2005 08:09 PM

Pretty good deal for a fellow G2 owner on that filter I would say, better than rotting in my garage. By the way, the car looked great at the meet, Im hoping to see it in autocross action soon.

whore or not, drop in and all it did actually make the car quicker. Not much and not noticable but when i did a second gear roll on after the filter i was dead even with brandon instead of my front bumper at his door handle.

do NOT listen to craig, hes lying :2finger: ....hahahaahaha JK..no i can vouch for this, i was impressed with the gains he got from a just a filter, pretty quick car for the mileage.

girlcrazy_4 05-10-2005 10:28 PM

ewwww who installed it...Ace? They didnt secure the liquid tight line very well from the looks of it. (I did AC installs with my dad's company for a while, A-1)

Did a good job on the refrigerant lines though.

girlcrazy_4 05-10-2005 10:41 PM

It goes in through the wall just above the picture and is secured in pretty good after that.

JD Appliances did... The guy across the street ownes JD appliances so he installed it... He just upgraded to "CARRIERS" lattest and biggest model... some heat excahanger, so we bought his old one for $1500 or so with this fancy digital thermostat thing...

Isnt LENNOX supposed to be the best? lol anywho... all I care is that the house is now a/c'd

Looks a bit better

I found some black undercoating kicking around my garage never been used so I decided to try some on the 240.

I cleaned out the wheel well then scrubbed it with a metal brush to make sure as much debris / dirt was outta there. It cleaned it up really nicely. Take a look for yourself.

Simple and took very little time once the wheel well was cleaned out.

Tchleung 05-11-2005 02:19 PM

Did some minor interior work(fixing A-pillar stuff).

Also did some retuning again so I'm not not running any O2 sensors and running purely off the values I've made up in the maps. Ready to crank the boost 1-2psi more and take the winners circle...

Big Daddy 05-11-2005 02:23 PM

cut out the rusted battery tray in the VW today and replaced it with one that I made outo f a piece of sheet metal :D

Carrier and Lennox are the two best actually. Carrier was the person to create residential A/C. Your neighbor prolly got a heat pump, does AC and heats the house in the winter for much less than a furnace.

As for my mod of the day:

Well i de-modded to start with, the integra is not nitrous'd anymore. But on the bright side she will be rolling on a set of GSR Fat Fives as soon as i get them painted up.
