great....I started honing my block only to find a huge scratch under all the oil...soooo...block has to be punched 40 over...and have to get new pistons...going hypereutectic....there's another 300 bucks I don't have. will probably get a high performance cam too...or get mine ground.

while degreasing and cleaning out my engine bay, finally! I noticed that my tranny mount had no bolts in it and the holes were stripped out from the stock metric fine thread 10mm bolts, which were also MIA. So fixed that up with some coarse thread imperial bolts... gotta love DSM's... fun while they run!

all ive known is it kills cats. i dont know about O2 sensors. but at $30 a pop, 02 sensors are cheap. :) just dont run wideband all the time

or chop the cat ;)

craigs mod of today..... Put in my Koni adjustables and Ground Control Coilovers.

Magnaflow exhaust resonator installed, as well as matching rear lip to go along with front lip installed as well.. about to go un-install it so prep for paint.. but looks sexy on there i must say.. pix to follow when painted

rear lip painted...color match seems really good when i held it up.. not quite dry enough to mount. will do it at work tomorow and take pix...


now, uber mod EG wings west RS sides to fit my car.. till i can replace the one side skirt that matches the front/rear..

yeah...I love them (still not in, but I watch TV in them haha). more supportive than a bench too ;)

That doesn't look that bd withotu side at all actually. EG/DC sides would look jsut as good as OE sides I bet. wouldn't even ntoice the lines doesn't flow as nice.

Suspension is all in now. It rides and handles nice. But it is wayyyyy too low. You'll probably like it, but do keep in mind i'm on 14" wheels! lol

oh yeah....I got my main bearings in today...and I just about crapped my pants when they turned out to be CLEVITES!!!! w00t...for 68 bucks for the set :lol so I'm gonna return my con rod bearings and grab some Clevite ones (hopefully they'll be cheap too...getting a NUTTY discount on these things from a shop that did all the machining). Now I have everything to put my motor back together...still gonna send the cam off to be reground...hopefully it'll be back by the time the bottom end is put back together :D

thanks guys... but unfortunately it was a little bit too low. I raised it up 2 turns on the coilovers. I am going to keep playing with them until i find that magical height.
