how do you find working on the mid engine? enough space to get around and do stuff?

ya actually, its not bad at all. i was kinda worried about that. but before i put the car on the road i went thru the engine bay and checked everything, took some stuff apart, etc. and it was all pretty mellow. mind u i do have some monkey ass arms.

and wow, it sounds crazy now with the wastegate dumping to atm.

you'll get annoyed with that wastegate dump after awhile... I could hardly hear my turbo's intake side when i was dumping mine.

ah, maybe, but there is still crazy amounts of nice turbo noise. and the bov is still louder than any other noise this car makes

Ran and mocked up my water lines for my turbo. Can you say Earls :D Also cut my downpipe to make it fit better.

took out my avi and sent it in for warrenty...put my fiberglass box back in with the 1 good type r...still looking for a second :(

Pulled the engine off the engine stand, installed flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate. Tightening the pressure plate bolts were pretty hard to mate it to the flywheel, the pressure plate is so stiff.:D

Now just time to slap the harness onto it and do some other odd ball wiring. :D Finally back to a complete longblock :D

de-color'd my gauge cluster needles..

re-aimed my headlights up a bit higher, but still need to go up more, the light cutoff line is still way too low

Installed my new powdercoated valve cover, and apexi turbo timer ;)

Installed engine harness and rewired about half of it.

ok well I'm officially an idiot... i aimed them even lower than they were before the other day...now they are where they should be!

you gotta tell me how to adjust the dam tegs lights, i dont get thier system :mad:

on the back side of the lamp assembly, there is an 8mm bolt in the middle of the two bulbs, turn that one for up/down movement. and there is another bolt close to the fender for right/left adjustment. Using the level, you want the bubble towards the front of the car for them to aim up, or the opposite for downwards.

G3 headlights really suck until you put HID's in the low beams and re-adjust them. Installing HID's was the best headlight mod I ever did :buttrock:

Just did a jdm d15b swap into a buddies EF for hornet class racing.
