That was tonight's (new) episode!

Last season, "Robin" talked about having met Mason Raymond...

FYI, the Robin character is from Vancouver, as is the actress who plays her, Cobie Smulders. They regularly work related jokes into the show (she tosses an "eh" in now and then, etc.)

I dont think its a show too many watch, but on the show Rescue Me starring Denis Leary, Denis' Character had on a "BC Lions Grey Cup Champions 2006" shirt for an episode or 2. I was pretty stoked when i seen it. (Show takes place in New York)

This has been posted several times and it annoys me. What does not posting after a lost have to do with being a bandwagoner?

First time I heard Semen and I thought I misheard it, second and third time around was all too funny.

Something similar almost happened to Pronger a few years ago when he played for the Blues, he got hit in the chest by the puck in a game against the Red Wings. http://articles.latimes.com/1998/may/11/sports/sp-48660

Apparently there was no collision between Jagr and Cherepanov as was reported by Russian sites earlier. Now they reporting that Cherepanov suffered from chronic ischemia, a medical condition in which not enough blood gets to the heart or other organs.

Could he have been saved by a dephibilator?

Timsta 10-14-2008 08:49 AM

stuff99 10-14-2008 09:01 AM

What a waste of $16 yesterday.

There was no compete...not entertaining at all unlike the previous two encounters.

Hopefully we will bring more to the game with the wings....

Probably not, but they still need to have them in case. A player, a fan, you, me....... you never know. Actually, if I were at the Canucks' game vs. Washington, I would have had a heart attack.

No, I take that back........... I would have gone into a coma. So boring.

Not if you were a Caps fan as well:D.

edit:

In retrospect, yes, as a Caps fan as well it was pretty boring. The game whole game was completely 1 sided.

I agree. Since they are only $2000 each, it should be an item every arena has.
I should find out more info on them and their availability/accessability since I play so much hockey. Would hate to play at a rink that doesn't have one and god forbid something bad was to happen.

Would you give up hockey for the lack of defibrilator accesability? I know I wouldn't :D

Not that I would give up hockey, but I would pick and choose where/who I play with.
Worst case scenario, make a big push to get them to purchase one. I would be quite surprised if 8 rinks and Richmond Ice didn't have one.

I think those things should be in every rink and places where large crowds gather. I wonder if ambulances carry them. There are ambulances at sporting events.

If I were a hockey dad or mom, I'd push for having one in the local rink.
