Sort of like how it's Assisstant Coach, not Alternate Coach. Well, that's how I think of it anyway. |
u guys know that Wellwood hasnt taken a single penalty in 3 seasons so far..... thats gotta be a record or something....... |

Wellwood reminds me of a wooden doll. The kind the ventriloquists use. He shows very little emotion and his face......... I quite can't put my finger on it. Maybe it's the eyes, the skin complexion....... it just looks unnatural. Great skills and improvisation. Great to see him playing so well. He must like it here. Or he hated being on the last team. In any case, players like him and Burrows are pleasant surprises. I still think Ryan Walters is a big reason why the Canucks are the way they are. A good, hard fighting, never give up, type of team. |

if he does it before the puck drop, he'll be waved out if he does it after the puck drop, there is nothing illegal about it therefore he won't get in trouble with it, and keep on using it you can see how teams are already trying methods to counter that |
So luongo has tweaked his groin AGAIN....and thus left practice early this morning as reported by TSN.. what did i say earlier? |
groin is one of the worst injuries to recover from just gotta give it time |
or it will be like cloutier..just not as bad..hahahah ughh..its not good..Sanford had the same injury a couple years back too |
I still haven't actually seen the Wellwood face off move yet despite hearing it all the time. And I do catch most games. I'm probably not paying attention when takes the face offs. |

Basically, at the moment the puck drops, he puts his right foot into the circle, obstructing the other guy from getting to the puck. In the same motion retrieving the puck back. You should've seen Conroy try it. lol he got waived immediately. wellwood is the man |
Its down to New York and Vancouver for Sundin. New york already has 2 top centereman gomez and drury. Sundin to Vancouver would be huge. the province would erupt. |

How do you know its only down to NY and Vancouver? Are you Sundin's Agent or his best friend that he shares all his secrets with? |
Well it's good Sundin has decided to play again. I didn't want to get involved with the Sundin talk again, but it's hard not to be involved when the whole city is talking about it again. At least the chances seem a bit better than before, but I'm still thinking he doesn't really want to play for Canucks. If he does sign, it's because it didn't work out with the Rangers (or other teams) in terms of fitting him in their tight salary cap. |
even if he goes to NYR we could benefit from them having to unload some salary.... |

Now if Sundin becomes a Canuck, who will lose their A? I highly doubt Luongo's losing his C. |
8-1 2nd pens are owning the game! |
we don't even know that sundin would want to take on that role. if he is in fact the great locker room guy, he's not gonna come here or any other team and disrupt the chemistry and take over the captaincy or an alternate. Quote:
