What are you wiping? After flashing the ROM you only need to wipe cache and dalvik cache.

wipe cache and wipe data and factory reset

did your way, same result.

Try wipe factory restore before installing the ROM?

Nvm, now i can't get to CWM from 1.1. says signarture fail or some shit on recovery mode.

Flash a kernel like cfroot or ninphetamine earlier version. Using odin.
