For those of you that need more battery life. Samsung has an OEM extended battery kit. Adds about 1mm to your phones thickness with a new battery cover. It's a 2000mah battery. https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-K...2009.59.08.jpg [PREVIEW] Samsung galaxy S 2 2000mah battery by samsung - xda-developers |

What do you guys think about buying 3 batteries and charger from this guy? 3x New Battery+Charger For Samsung Galaxy S 2 II i9100 | eBay 99.4% positive feedback so the batteries can't be that shitty right? I really only want one extra quality battery and a charger so if anyone has any ideas, please share! |
try and find feedbacks for those batteries. most are probably for other stuff he's sold. edit: went through his last 1000 feedbacks, couldn't find anyone else that bought the same item. |
Positive feedback doesn't mean that they're awesome batteries. I'd rather buy something brand name like Momax or even OEM since they're not that expensive. |
oem is gonna run you $30 |
Found some slightly cheaper OEM ones for about $20. Unless they're fake OEM ones lol |

I worked at a company that specialized in battery capacity analysis at the time, so I put my OEM phone battery and the new "OEM" battery under the same test (charge to full, fully discharge, then charge back up to full) to find the actual capacity. Turns out my old battery still had a capacity of 93% and the new one that I bought off eBay had a capacity of 57%. I was like........:suspicious:.........then :fuckthatshit:.........and recycled the new battery instead. After throwing it out, I claimed that I never received my battery with the eBay seller and got a full refund back. :fuckyea: |
Yeah. I always try to stick with legit oem or brand name. |
