Played around with one of these yesterday. After seeing the screen, I wanted to through my Desire HD in the garbage. I has AMOLED screens before (Omnia II, Desire) and when I switched to DHD, it was noticably worse. I thought I got used to it, but no, it's pretty horrible compared to AMOLED.

When the next gen AMOLED device comes out (GS3?) I will upgrade then. Can't wait :D

Rogers and Telus are going to have their own versions of the Galaxy SII (both LTE).

He's not in Canada.

Yeah and SGS2 3G to SGS2 4G isn't really an upgrade.. more like a sidegrade :)

so i see on most roms it says XXKH3. I have XXKG2, does that mean i have to update to XXKH3 and re-root or can i just load the rom and it will update me to XXKH3?

I think you just flash the rom.

Went from stock kg2 to villain kg6
and now I m on liteing rom KH3
All I did was flash the exact rom..!

Yes you can just load the rom. You probably want to load a kernel or something too so you get the clockwork mod recovery as well.

I like Villain.
But then I had problem with it, only me for some reason.
I couldnt recieve all the text/call I get.
Maybe I did something wrong =x
Even reflash, and tried with different kernal no work><
(Or it could be at that time faildo and robbers were having network problem.
But it was for a whole week !)

Then I tried few others and didnt like them.

Tried with Lighting, it was good!
Everything works here.

Just try different Rom out I guess!!

I use Villainrom only. Haven't tried the others as a lot of them theme too much stuff.

so i see villainrom comes with Ninphetamine-2.1.3. Is it any good compared to cf root?

Better. Cfroot is just the stock Samsung kernel rooted with recovery. Ninphetamine has optimizations and backlight notifications.
