Lol thanks instant! Too bad you're a bit far away, or else you'd make an awesome training partner too! My current partner does too much isolation.

buddy's getting on my nerves. i bring him to work out, and because he doesn't lift as much as i do, he gives me excuses like "don't really want to work out too much 'cause i don't want to be big"
even argues with me when i show him new exercises :yuno:
"deadlifts make you shorter and shit"

like what the shit dude. ive been working out for a while now and i'm still small as fuck, you think you're gonna be phil heath overnight?

trying to help and motivate him, but he's too stubbornly unreceptive to new things so i give up. lol

Only thing you can do now is to get aesthetic as fuck, get all the girls, and then tell your buddy I told you so.

Did it tonight. Felt like shit going into the workout though. Couldn't bench for shit. Everything just felt off. Anyways I'll probably attempt it again maybe with 225.

so went back down to 275 lbs for squats.. making sure I hit parallel or below

will evaluate my form for my other exercises too

hopefully I set a good example for others in the gym

new video up guys. i walk the talk

225 x 16 reps 170 lbs bodyweight. Did it with heels down, and locked out each rep. lost my footing after 13-14th rep, so lost the leg drive

The bench was facing a wall, so unfortunately had to do a side view, also didn't have a cameraman either so I placed my phone on a bench



Did this on a leg day. I have been treating my knees good and so my knees have been good to me and pr'ed 365 and also 345 x 2 woot woot
