so went back down to 275 lbs for squats.. making sure I hit parallel or below will evaluate my form for my other exercises too hopefully I set a good example for others in the gym |
Have not been in here for ages. Workout challenges?! I'm game. Haven't benched in months though, been loving dumbbells lately. |
