can you guys recommend a new program for me? Need something a bit more structured. Want to train mostly for hypertrophy but after seeing pics of red_sir and fcukedd, im definitely considering a more strength based program... I'm not trying to start the flame war again but just because one has more knowledge does not mean everything they know is valid. So many of my profs have different beliefs about different training methods and some even come contradict. My physiology prof has said steady state cardio prevails over HIIT style training for far burning and another one of my profs who is a well known strength and conditioning coach said the exact opposite. My point is,don't always believe what you read in books. Give advice based on your own experiences. Posted via RS Mobile |
5/3/1 with the Boring But Big template. Great balance of strength and hypertrophy work. Posted via RS Mobile |

Sprinting>hiit> cardio unless your training for a marathon Posted via RS Mobile |
best type of cardio for fat burning? i keep hearing HIIT ..and then i keep hearing that one should do longer runs but not so much intensity |
for anyone who wants a cheap pre/intra workout, buy those gatorade powders that you mix in water, it ends up being around 10-15$ for a month and it works pretty well |

To be honest (and it is just my opinion), nothing works better than eating plenty, sleeping plenty (8 hrs +) and foam rolling/stretching once you feel sore... |

Is mike still around? |
Took Assault and was ready for a sweet leg workout. Drove to the gym and it was closed for some water pipe issue. :rukidding:. Waste of preworkout drink. Inb4 coolstorybro |

Other than that, I personally don't see the need for supplements at all. They are great and will provide you with the full spectrum of nutrients you need if you are looking for solid food substitution, but they are still to this day - overrated |

You couldn't drop in at another gym? I wonder what it's like to have a PWO in your system while sitting at home browsing RS :fuckthatshit: |
