^^ needs more bacon and sausage links...maybe some fried chicken and waffles too anyway, i cant stress this enough but for any strength athlete incorporate one hamstring/posterior chain exercise EVERY workout...ghr, sldl/rdl, good mornings, back hyperextensions whatever |

hey guys. so me and halogod have been talking and we are planning on bringing back the fitness challenges. Thoughts? Some ideas: 3 plate deadlift for reps, 2 plate bench for reps, bodyweight bench for reps, squats for reps, pull ups for reps, highest 1RM per bodyweight, etc. A video will be required, and the winner will receive a free title. Thoughts? And those interested please add your name to this list Obviously there are varying levels in this thread, so I'll probably divide it into a beginners and advanced. 1. instantneedles |

sounds good. we should do the nfl combine challenge for bench - 225 reps. and other stuff like broad jump, vertical jump etc |
