yeah heard of this. Also if you prop your legs up onto something (ie. couch, bed) and place an ice pack under your lumbar region while lieing down and do some lateral flexions (going side to side) it will help reduce the accumulated waste from exercises that involve hip extensions (squats, deadlifts)

Lateral flexion is basically a side bend. I assume he is talking about the vertebral column.

Would you guys say I hit parallel or just shy of it?

I borrowed the belt from a friend just for safety. It's shitty, but got the job done for today.

Lift starts 0:44; had to mentally prepare myself and wait for the beat drop for the majority of the video lol

nice lift dude... its easier to tell from the side, but from the back I can vouch that you broke parallel for sure
