Question to all the lifting gurus. I have been having problems with squat depth, especially in regards to 'butt wink'. I have been stretching tons, but still there, and it puts strain and pain overall on my lo-back. Found the Squat-rx youtube page, and have been trying some of their suggestions. I was trying the wall squats today, and I think I found what I need to work on. At about halfway down, my lower to mid back feels like it binds and bunches and stops me from going any lower without pitching face into the wall. Now that I have discovered a possible problem area of overaly tight mid to low back, what can I do to start remedying it? Posted via RS Mobile |
