Saw a Guy DL 4 plates yesterday... I was mirin and jelly. Pissed me off though and now I'm even more motivated haha. I need to change my workouts up I think I'm starting to not feel as exhausted after workouts. Plateauing so I'm gonna try doing some splits rather than just 1 body part per day. Sucks only having an hour though... Berz out. |

Had some good motivation for the gym. It's amazing how much is in the mind. Hit PR 5x5 265 squats, 23/25 bench press 190lbs, and PR 165 x 15 barbell row. Making good progress! |

Love doin 100lb incline dumbell bench presses with no spotter with a crowd. :fuckyea: Bonus points for being able to drop the weights back to my knees, get up, walk over and re-rack them... without having to throw them on the ground first. Double bonus points when the big dude beside me doing 70s is using a spoter and has to drop the weights on the ground after his set. |
