miss gym today..had work at 9 didnt get off til 6 then had a meeting in richmond at 7 and got home at 12. Been out of the house for ...15hrs...im exhausted i hate this. AND i feel like shit for not going to the gym

Like RRxstar said, get a spotter. Push to 12 reps consistently then move up weight.

I'm working out on a bi daily basis but my metabolism skyrockets like mad. Somehow my clothes don't fit anymore as well as it did before, like loose. No idea why. Before my clothes would be tight but my body would be bigger and uber slow metabolism. Ideas?

Widowmakers are sets, not a particular type of exercise. Basically it is doing a crapload of reps (at least 20) at moderate-high weight that you feel like collapsing at the end of the set.

Saw a fat, like 185lbs, chick at the gym wearing full turquoise lulu outfit with her gunt hanging out over the front of her pants.. get on the treadmill with a XL starbucks frapawapaclapaccino. Best part? SHE TOOK THE ELEVATOR.
