1st week over, starting 2nd week today. Soreness is already getting better, but man the worst place to be sore seems to be lower abs + groin. You don't feel like walking anywhere when you're sore there. Today is back to dips, chins, overhead squats, and hand walkouts. I can't believe I am back to bodyweight dips and chins :okay: especially dips, I was adding 40-50 lbs to my dip at the same bodyweight I am now :okay: |
Finally hitting up my long lost sport D:. Ball practices 3x a week now, training 3x a week. Lots and lots of sprints.. Maybe ill turn into a Phil when im 20 Jokes...:okay: |

I've become a sort of pseudo trainer at my gym. A lot of guys are asking "how should I work this muscle" and "what do you recommend for blah blah" I guess that means I'm doing something right? Hell even the gym staff are telling people to ask me lol. I swear if I ever actually got motivated enough to diet right..........:fuckthatshit: I showed a guy a rear delt exercise I really like... using a cable at chest height and doing a nice wide arc. Awesome range of motion and you can really focus on the rear delt. I picked a weight about 10lbs under what I normally rep just to show him the motion. I did about 6 really slow controlled and smooth reps to really demonstrate the form. He grabbed the handle and went do one and couldn't do 2 reps without good form. He had to drop 15lbs. :fuckyea: Oh and one last thing. I was smashing this chick tonight on the couch in the living room at her place. It was dark and there is a really big window across from the couch. I looked over and got a glance at myself and thought "Holy fuck I'm looking good" hahahah I shit you not I was mirin myself in the window while laying it on this chick. It was almost like masterbation! Berz out. |

OH just for the record... that little guy deadlifting.... He's probably around 5' tall. His total lift is about 12 inches. Pretty sure us tall guys are moving that weight 2' - 3' feet. Not saying it wasn't impressive but..... fuck you little guys haha Berz out. |
