update: deadlift 445 for 4 reps deadlift 1RM - will update next week bench 2 plates for 8 reps left knee keeps on swelling up so I haven't really went that heavy for squats. did a light 5x5 today with 275lbs. body weight is at 175lbs, body fat should be around 9%, 6ft tall |

Had a small PR at OHP today, 135x5, 155x5, 185x5, 205x3 and 205x3 (for the last 3 weeks I was stuck at 205x1 as my last set). I will try to move to 225x1 next OHP day. I love that feeling when you think that you are ready to add some weight at the next workout! |

Started fresh this time with flat DB press. 101.5lbx9 with ease woot Didn't try going higher because I didn't have a spotter, but I think I could have done 110lbs for 3-4. |

I really like the fat grips on their dumbbells though. I think they are the reason why my barbell bench has increased and overall grip strength. |
