Ignore the weird squat thing, was getting reflection from light, so had to go lower. How do chicks take so many nekked pics of themselves. It's hard!

your right lat seems put of proportion

Since everyone's doing it...

Started training at 120lb (16 years old), and a year later... roughly at 152lb. I don't do a lot of hypertrophy-based training. More for strength.

Back looks uneven in the pictures, but it's not. My arm position is strange lol

I'm now starting to do higher reps and less weight for more size. What should I work on specifically?

Thanks!!!

ShadowBun 12-12-2011 10:01 PM

damit been studying for exams

havent worked out in 2 weeks... feeling SOFT!

subordinate 12-12-2011 10:12 PM

Jesus, I feel like everyone here is freakin' strong.

Lol, where's non-aesthetic lifters - myself incl.

TouringTeg 12-13-2011 07:43 AM

6am workout again. Did 65lb seated dumbbell shoulder press for the first time! 7/5/5 reps

Just 18 months ago I struggled to do 65lb flat bench lol

mc25 12-13-2011 08:31 AM

Ya same, 2 weeks off, but done exams now so back to the gym!!!!!
Im out the door right now...

hud 91gt 12-13-2011 09:02 AM

Tried the DB press weekly challenge again. From 6 reps to 8 this time. :fuckyea:

That's a solid back for 17. If you keep training like you do you're gonna be huge in a couple of years.

Phozy 12-13-2011 11:05 AM

I'm jelly of that back.. Very few people can achieve that at that age, n I'm 15
