btw, how to get weights up by myself for dumbbell press? Having a hard time getting them up, but able to push them easily

was mad at a bitch so i went a round into my heavy bag with no gloves (brb dont do that cuz jammed wrists). left the fucking skin from my knuckles on the bag. now double mad. god damnit.

lol dude thats why i cant drink crown royal anymore, couple years ago punched through a wall hit a stud in the wall and broke my hand had to get surgery

I was studying all day and forgot the gym closes at 3pm on the weekends. Ended up doing 50 pushups before my final to let off some steam.

I can't wait till finals are over and then I can hit the weights HARD again.

so as i was walking to fitness world today, i had a :fulloffuck: experience

i was next to crosswalk and it was alright for me to go but for some reason didn't feel like crossing, then this bitch out of nowhere comes speeding and stops halfway through the intersection, almost t bones another car, then reverses

man, only managed to bench my body weight for 3 reps today, as opposed to my 6 last week.
makes me doubt my strength and/or my spotter, cause different spotter today :okay:
