Wow thats pretty good in a year. I still cant justify myself to drink a gallon of milk in a day. :( dont even drink that much water in a day.

all this MP assault talk makes me wanna try a pwo, whats a good place to get a small amount?

popeyes sell them for waaay too much, and bb.com is a hassle

bb is the only way to go for assault imo. its too expensive buying from anywhere else. just ship it to pt roberts and go pick it up. if ur in richmond, its only a 20 min drive 1 way max not including border wait.

hey guys what do you think of mutant mass gainer and also i only do curls and bench press. should i do squats and deadlifts? i heard i can hurt myself and those are only for bodybuilders.

I dont think you should deadlift or squat. I heard it stunts your growth. My bro told me who majors in science

I can't seem to get my deadlift form correct anymore. Now all my lifts have stalled because I'm doing low deadlifts to perfect my form. :okay::okay:

I also weighed myself the other day and I was 168lbs. And I'm sure that it is all fat as well. :fuuuuu:

On the good note, I squatted 245 for 4,2,2 the other day. Too bad I didn't get 5 reps for all 3. :okay:

I'd been working on my chinups after failing the chinup challenge so badly and am up to 16 in a row now from I think 11 during the challenge 2-3 weeks ago. So I tried a muscleup yesterday for the first time ever. Got 3/4 up :lol

Also if anyone is looking to lose weight fast try this formula. Drink heavily two weekends in a row, then get very sick for a week and don't eat right. I just lost 11lbs :fuuuuu:

to lose weight i do intermittent fasting by getting shitting my pants drunk saturday night and fasting all day sunday. double bonus if you just throw up everything you drink too!
