So Ive been really pissed at this girl I was screwing around with, which stopped. That gave me a huge wave of motivation/release of anger so Ive been going hard, running and hitting the bag and weights. Its a love hate thing, this type of motivation haha, but itll get me going hard for at least a week PS bitches be crazy... |

Been on stronglifts 5X5 for 11 weeks. Squat - 315Lbs X 5 DL - 315 X 3 Bench Press 225 x 3 What a great year! Gonna reset in Jan and go at it some more. Then try to lose 50 lbs Lol. |

BEEF ... my back's more toned than thick, but i'd pick thick over toned any day. it's 'cause i used to be a skinny kid :okay: 5' 4", 120 lbs @ 16 i'm an ectomorph, and i have trouble gaining weight. i've been trying to gain weight for the past year, but no significant changes. just going from 120 to 125, and back to 120 again (maybe 'cause i stay up too late?) :( i don't care if it's fat or muscle, i just want to be at least 150 before summer (excluding the potbelly) any certain diets/foods that will give me some meat? any advice would be appreciated Fcukedd inspires me LOL edit: added pic still need lots of work :okay::okay::okay: started officially weight training January 2011 Spoiler! |

This is a tough time of year to stay dedicated. Xmas parties and shopping really cut into your time. Temptations from sweets are everywhere. Had to move my work out times to whenever I have spare time during the day. Still going to get in at least 3 workouts per week. Trying hard to avoid the sweets since I am starting to cut. I warm up with a 3 min run to my gym. |
